3TControl Precision Systems
As affective of May 2024 QIPC-EAE acquired 3TControl Precision Systems, a Spanish company specializing in closed-loop color register and density control systems. This acquisition represents a 100% share purchase deal, marking a significant milestone in QIPC-EAE's strategic growth and market consolidation efforts. This acquisition allows QIPC-EAE to expand its product portfolio with offerings, which are particularly suitable for certain emerging markets. 3TControl was part of the VGP/HKMB group company. VGP/HKMB are one of Europe’s leading newspaper publishers and printers with headquarters in Passau, Germany, and Seefeld, Austria.
